We're cultivating a dynamic grassroots network of like-minded partners – including schools, teachers, students, parents, and the wider community. Our collective vision is to inspire and support young people and children in transition to adult ways of living, fostering aspirations and attainment. Together, we're building a movement to empower the next generation.

Harnessing innovation for dynamic learning

Innovation is at the heart of our programmes. We leverage new technology to create compelling, challenging, and relevant learning experiences that promote extended learning, ICT, and enterprise skills.

This improves interaction between all stakeholders and ensures efficient delivery of our services and products, constantly driving continuous improvement and efficiency in our business processes.

Achieving sustainable growth and wider impact

To ensure long-term viability, we're diversifying income streams, exploring local SME  opportunities, and developing our  young people to be in the front line to provide services for the local community as members of the consortium . This reduces grant dependency and allows us to reinvest surpluses into ambitious programmes.

Our phased expansion aims to maximise reach and impact, particularly in local areas of high deprivation and low aspirations families . By sharing  resources from our consortium members , we  aim address these barriers and champion social impact.

Our C.H.O.I.C.E.S. programs—encompassing topics such as parenthood, education, and careers—alongside our 'Learning for Success' initiative, empower participants to enhance their self-esteem, confidence, and awareness. Young individuals are equipped to make informed C.H.O.I.C.E.S., inspiring them to CHOOSE paths that lead to success, connect health to well-being, embrace OPPORTUNITIES, foster INDEPENDENCE, develop robust CHARACTER, attain sustainable EMPLOYMENT, and acquire essential skills for life. Our vision is for every young person and child who engages with our services to be enabled, empowered, and equipped to lead responsible, healthy, safe, and independent lives, ultimately becoming productive and active citizens.

In addition to our core programs, we acknowledge the critical role of mental health and well-being in fostering resilience and personal development. Mental health education is seamlessly integrated into all our offerings, assisting participants in understanding and managing their emotions, building positive relationships, and developing effective coping strategies for life's challenges. By prioritizing mental health, we are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where young people can flourish, ensuring their success not only academically and professionally but also in cultivating a balanced approach to their overall well-being.
